G.SKILL, those mobos are all good, but i'll support the cheap one the Gigabyte DS3, and Tuniq Tower (its cheaper and cools the system a lot more)

Yeah, most everyone will tell you g.skill rules. For coolers, I'm quite fond of the Arctic freezer 7 pro, with the Mx pad it comes with. It's not the prettiest cooler out there but it gets the job done. For motherboards I'd go with the P5W DH Deluxe. It's much like the P5B but it comes with a remote, Crossfire, e-SATA, and some other cool bells and whistles.

On a side note, heres a link to a video review of the Mozart TX case I posted earlier. It's a pretty wicked case if you ask me.

G.Skill destroys XMS2 so don't even think about getting the stuff.

For a mobo the P5B Vanilla isn't very good, however the P5B-E is an EXCELLENT board and highly recommended. The 680i is ONLY good if you want SLI 8800 cards but SLI is stupid if you ask me. The DS3 is similar to the P5B-E but isn't just overall as good of a board; while it's still very good it's worth it's cash.

As for the CPU Fan the TT 120 owns the Zalman...
