Hi,
I was playing BF2 when my computer novice friend went to the back of my computer(on the psu) and changed the switch that says 230v to 115v (this is what it looks like : ( the small red thing )

my computer promptly shut down and now i cant get it to switch on , even after returning it to 230v . I have tried every thing but cannot get my computer to switch on.What is wrong? and how can i fix it (if i can)?

The only way to tell without a voltage meter is to try another one or bring it to a computer shop to have them test it. They also sell testers at lest around where i live for about $12.00.

Is your friend a retard? whats wrong with him, doesn't he realize that its a power supply, sending power to ALL your components and could have easily friend every bit of your computer? i hope he is a rich kid at least, because if its your pc components then he has some serious making up for and new hardware for you.
