scsi hard drives?

Okay say i wanted to install an scsi hard drive. LIke a seagate cheetah 18gb scsi 15k rpm. They come in 68 and 80pin. Which is better and how do they connect to the motherboard? Im assuming they are not compatible with my intel d50emv2 mobo? What ASus motherboard for socket 478 supports them?
