Thinking about purchasing this board, but would like some opinions on it first.

Here are my specs if it helps:

E6300
X1950XTX
Corsair 2GB XMS2 DDR2-800
Thermaltake 560W PurePower

Great overclocker according to legit reviews, and it supports crossfire. Which will be handy when the R600 comes out as im planning on getting one.

It's also over $200 (NZD) cheaper than the Abit AW9D-MAX

First thing I notice. You say Overclock and XMS2 in the same little area right there and those two don't mix lmao. I wouldn't expect incredibly high FSB with them if you are getting a new mobo to overclock.

Next The 975 chipsets aren't really that good. The 965's are still the best boards out there for High FSB. Since you have an E6300 which will put out some high FSB (450+) you should look at a 965 that supports Crossfire If you really want it.

The P5B Deluxe is a good overclocker and still supports Crossfire. I would just get one of those instead.

Thanks for the help guys. I've purchased the Asus P5B Deluxe as Sora suggested.
