Just for thought you can get the same case for $158.76 at directcanada.com.

The cpu cooler you chose seems a bit too fancy, which usualy is done to make people buy a shity product, but ofcoarse I could be wrong about this particular product, however I would rather go with a Zalman CNPS9700NT which is $72.60 at directcanada.com.

For RAM I would go with Corsair XMS2 Dominator 2x1GB which is $331.64 at canadacomputers.com.

For your cpu you should pick up an $8 Arctic Silver 5 from canadacomputers.com. It can lower temps quite a bit considering it only 8 bucks, which can help make your cpu have a longer life.

As well I would suggest you go with an Asus or eVGA 8800GTX, I just think they have that slight bit more of qaulity.

Yay I just won a P5B deluxe from Ebay for $187US. Now my question is what is the best 2GB ram for this board because I don't want any incompatibility issues. And I will be doing some overclocking. I also bought Seasonic S12-600HT 600W ATX12V.

So far I have ordered this:

Seasonic S12-600HT 600W ATX12V 20/24 Pin V2.0 Active PFC Power Supply Retail Box

Asus P5B motherboard

Logitech X-540 5.1 Speaker System Black 70W RMS W/ FDD2 & Wired Remote

Thermaltake VA8000 Armor Super Tower Case Black 10X5.25 2X3.5 6X3.5INT W/ Window

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 3GB/S 7200RPM 16MB Cache Ncq Hard Drive

Thermalright ULTRA-120 Heatpipe Cooler LGA775 S939 S940 S754 Heatsink *Fan Not Included*

Arctic Silver 5 HIGH-DENSITY Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound 3.5 Gram

I am planning to get this:

E4300 and overclock it MADLY

Samsung SyncMaster 206BW 20IN Widescreen

Now my question is people say not to get anything above 19" because if I play games on 20" then I will HAVE to play at its native resolution. And if I reduce the resolution then games will look crappy. What do you think?

Ok I made up my mind and I am getting Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 but I need some advice about memory because I may do some overclocking. I have these 3 in mind:

$246 Canadian
Corsair XMS 2 TWIN2X2048-6400 2GB PC2 6400 DDR2 SDRAM
Speed: DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
CAS Latency: 5
Voltage: 1.9V
Timing: 5-5-5-12

OR

$336.62 Canadian
Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-6400C4 2GB 2X1GB PC6400 DDR2-800 CL 4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory Kit - DirectCanada

OR

$225
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 PC2 6400 5-5-5-15

i have the c4 xms and it is really good ram. you have to work to get the most out of it, and it is time consuming (but fun for some of us). i can run it 4-4-3-8(maybe lower) with 2.2v., from 4-4-4-12 rating. it took a lot of tweaking.
if you go with it, great...i cant really complain, except about the price i paid...like 250-60 bucks...
if you choose to go with the gskill, consider the HK model. they're like 180.00

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

and they come with stock timings of 4-4-3-5. and thats just sick, man. sick. i gar-awn-tee i will be buyin these for my next build...and if they dont do me right, i'll replace them with my old xms.

Hey Nagasama what is the model number of the above mentioned g.skill? I live in Canada so I can't order from newegg. It seems like all memories have the same specs: 2gb ddr2 800MHz PC6400. They have to be more SPECIFIC.Is this the one you are talking about:

F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK

Index

Sammy the series of G.Skill ram nagasama suggested was the HK series but their are four other series in the same set to my recognition - think there is an NQ, HR, PK and NR series also.
