lost password

i lost my password on my admin account and i only have my user account cause it didnt have a password >.< is there anyway of getting it back?

Also if ur user account is also an admin and ur using xp just right click on my computer then click manage then in the left pane go to the local users folder then the users folder right click on ur admin account and select reset password
