Assuming you're not planning on upgrading a whole lot, I don't see anything wrong with Saltynay's build. If 430W doesn't seem like enough, he can always go and get this version. Personally, I'd go for the Gigabyte $210 mobo. It has an extra PCI, 1 more PCI-E x1 (I'unno), and still has SLI.

By the way, that case looks awesome.

EDIT: Finally done; I added in the speakers, mouse, and monitor; Using this, you'll only be (MAX) $1 over. I'd personally go with the Sunbeam Fireline mouse (That thing looks awesome).
