The E6600 is out and has been out for over a half of year and is $310 bucks and OC's CRAZY. The Kuma will probbaly come out under 400 of coarse.

where do they get these names!! i heard something about using two FX-70 processors(like quad-core) in one mobo somewhere, is this true?

Agena = quad core desktop chip (HTT 3.0)
Kuma = dual core desktop chip (HTT 3.0)
Spica = single core desktop (HTT 3.0)
Rana = dual core desktop (HTT 3.0, no L3 cache)

Barcelona = quad core server chip, for multi socket systems (HTT 2.0, since HTT 3.0 hasn't been designed for multi socket systems yet)
Budapest = quad core server chip, for single socket systems (HTT 3.0)
Shanghai = Barcelona + HTT 3.0 (will be released early 2008)

yes, that's possible.

Currently, AMD is using names of cities.
The desktop chips in their next release will be named after stars.
