Font changes when replying to e-mail

One of my users has a weird Outlook issue. When she replies to a message, the font gets really small. I unchecked the option to use word as the e-mail editor and that corrected it. But she should be able to use that option. Anyone know what might cause this? I also checked the size of the fonts listed when replying to messages and that all looks normal.

in outlook, look in tools under options.. you'll find a setting for mail, outgoing.. check on the format for the fonts.. make sure nothing weird is checked.. in "word".. you'll have to look at the default settings for web options under tools.. there is a font setting in it..
