GMA X3000 Driver Problems

I have a DG965WH, E6300, 2x1gb, XP Pro,

There is a new driver for the gma x3000.
its the 14.27, but for some reason it wont work for me. When i install it, it says:

When its all done and i restart my computer, it still says its driver version 6.14. Anyone know whats up?

Hello,

The driver package is version 14.27 . It is a chipset driver package which contains both audio and graphics drivers.

The graphics driver within that package is version 6.14.10.4785 . This is the latest version.

on this other forum i read that it had a max of 300 something memory. and had Pixel Shader 3.0 and hardware T&L. I dont know why its not working for me when i try to install it.

Yes Intel GMA X3000 can have 384MB maximum dynamic video memory, and has pixel shader model and vertex shader hardware model 3.0 .

...Are you saying that the graphics driver version should be 14.27 ?
