Nero 7 ultra edition enhanced problems.

I can't burn dvd's or cds. I have sent them the error messages in log files and also the info tool info. Anyone else experienced this? Is there something else out there that works better for burning cds and dvds?

There are plenty of apps out there. Espically for XP. ImgBurn can do it along with Roxio and many others.

Trying to burn a dvd but it just won't go. It is one from a vid camera. I have tried many things and finally got it to burn to the hd which it wouldn't even do earlier. Which files do I put in the bin to burn?

install ifoedit. verify that the ifo and bup files are correct
