Hard Drive upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my harddrive, but I'm a little confused.

I have an AX4B-533 motherboard.

I am looking at this

It's the S ATA, IDE... blaH blah stuff that I'm not sure about.

Any help would be appreciated.
