Started building my computer

I just started building my first computer and I'm a little confused on where the wires from the case plug into the motherboard. It is the IEEE 1394, Audio I/O and USB 2.0.

My motherboard is an Asus P5W DH Deluxe http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131025

I can't tell by the pictures but what you are looking for are called "jumpers".

Take your manual and search through to see if you can't find your jumper plugs. They usually line the bottom of your motherboard. My Biostar 965PT's Jumpers are at the bottom right of my board.

No, just use any USB port.

It connects properly, I don't know if it works though because I don't have all the parts for the computer yet.

That's where I connected mine and headphones and usb seem to work, haven't been able to test the firewire port yet but I'm almost certain it will work.
