temperatures

I just downloaded AIDA32 and heres what temperatures readings I got:

Motherboard - 42C
CPU - 46C


Is this a good temperature? I am going to start playing Far Cry, Half Life 2, Everquest II, UT 2004, and I know that it will definitely raise them but will it cause any problems?
