I used to have an old dell with

Intel Pentium 4, 1.6
384 Mb of RAM
And an GeForce FX 5200 256Mb PCI

And my games Call of Duty, battle field, and Halo ran pretty good a little lag ocasionally but thats all.

I just built a new Computer with

AMD Athlon XP 3200+
512Mb of RAM
And an GeForce FX 5200 256Mb PCI (same card)

And my games run slow as hell! Lag choppy Graphic everything
what is the matter... Don't you think that those parts are better then my others or whats going on???????

Dude

i tried a clean install i updated all drivers at the time my old dell did not have AGP but still why are my game running slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thjey are running slower then my other computer!!

First of all, you want an AGP 8x card, NOT a PCI card. PCI cards are not good for modern gaming. Second, if you want good performance in newer games, you need at least a 350W power supply and a GeForce FX 5700 or higher. The FX 5200 is a value card, and you get what you pay for, and it doesn't help that its PCI.

did u put your PCI graphic card in your new mobo?
Usually PCI graphic card only for old mobo that dont have AGP slot.

It's in your Video card. Second thing I would look at is make sure during bootup that your bios is displaying your correct CPU settings.
