need help and adivce

i use Win xp.sometime i got this error message
Generic host process for win32 services come across a problem have to close.

below list file will be in the error report:
C:\DOCUME~1\Jun\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2ebe.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Jun\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER2ebe.dir00\appcompat.txt

i use anti-virus to scan and i got this virus.the detail for this virus:
file name:msup6.exe
file location:c:\windows\system32
virus name:trojan.MNLess.cx

i already downloaded the related upgrade software from microsoft.but still cann get rid of this virus.
can anyone help ?

What anti-virus have you used to try and delete it? I would suggest Avast! or BitDefender.

i use McAfee .
ok i tried Bitdefend.but when it finished scan,it only show the results of the infected files.seems that it doesnt apply any actions about those infected. does it automatically deleted them or what ?
