My mouse in D3D/opengl is always .5 of sec delayed WHY?!?!?

It just so annoying

Single Player lag... its bad enuff i play on 56k and now it comes back to haunt me.

Ive got a SIS630E-CUSI-M mobo with a built Graphic Chip SIS 630/730. Iam running a serial mouse because a black pin got snapped of in the PS/2 port so please dont tell me to try that =P

BTW i disabled the onboard Sound card, and i have Maxi sound Fortismo Yamaha YMF model.

This only ever happens when i run something in 3d accell

Anyone have any clues into what could be doing this

adjust the hardware acceleration in the desktop

Also, I might recommend a new system, judging by the mouse and graphics it isnt anything special.
