Alright, I've been running my 37" HDTV off of the vga port on my video card, and my regular 15" moniter off of the DVI port, with an adapter to VGA. I just got a DVI to HDMI cable today, becuase i wanted to hook up my TV via DVI to HDMI instead of VGA, and to free up the VGA spot for my Xbox 360. So, I plugged the VGA cord from my video card to my moniter, everything works fine. But I have no display from the HDMI source on my TV. At first my TV would not even give me the option of HDMI when I scrolled through the input choices, and then I changed the secondary display to 16bit rather than 32.
Do you think it could be the cable, or a driver issue? Or will my video card not output an HDMI signal?
My video card is a Radeon X800 pro, agp, with Omega Drivers (3.8.330)
