I have never even heard of that board...it's a 650i though and the Asus P5N-E is a good board so I would think it would be pretty decent. There are better OC'ing boards around that price but that also supports 8x and 8x SLI so it just depends if you want the SLI or not.
If you do need SLI then I'm going to guess it will overclock decent but yet again that's a new mobo that I have never seen so I can't tell you for sure.

i remember reading a review on that board and it overclocked really well actually
ill find the link for it here in a min
also i was reading some banchmarks a couple days ago that showed how the performace between the 650i and 680i boards arent noticible at all in sli
