Heatsink Fixture

I recently acquired a new Gigabyte K8N Pro and a AMD64 3000+. I got the Thermaltake Polo 735 and i cant seem to figure out how to secure it to the motherboard. The fan came with large screws to fasten it down, but the holes are too big for the screws. Is there a special trick to this? or do i need to just got out and get some old fasion bolts and washers to fasten this thing down?

Make sure none of the hardware was missing in the package .
And yes a little of old fashion ingenuity will get the job done as well
