program to get media on new computer?

i recently bought a new laptop because my old computer crashed. the only way i can get to music and videos is by my Creative Zen Portable Media center. is there a program i can use to get all of my music and videos on to my computer, or any other way than starting from square 1?

You can buy an external hard drive enclosure, put your hard drive in it, and use it to transfer the data from your hard drive, to your laptop.
