i need new mobo and cpu

i need a new motherboard and cpu, im not looking to getting a core 2 duo, cause even the lower end models cost alot, i play BF1942 ,right now i got a 2.66 pentium 4, so any dual core will be an upgrade. im looking at this cpu right here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16819103562

HOWEVER, i need a motherboard, that will SUPPORT my CURRENT RAM.
i have 2 x 512 (HYS64D64320GU-5-B) INFINEON pc3200 ram

and also the 2 sticks are NOT Exactly the same, one is HYS64D64320GU-5-B and the other is HYS64D64320GU-5-C or something like that, i dont remember the second model but it varied slightly, it was infineon too. im asking about the ram cause some motherboards are DUAL CHANNEL AND SINGLE CHANNEL, and its noted for the RAM to be identical. so im looking at that CPU and i need a matching mobo that will support my ram for that CPU socket 939. and i have another question too, the power supply i have now is a stock 20 pin one, i noticed some mobos are 24 pin, what does this mean for me? and looking at power supplies i noticed their all 20+4, this means what? i have a stock compaq 250watt power supply. if you dont like this choice , suggest a new one under 200 (or close to it)

if you want a fast but cheap CPU get an S 939 X2 that will support old DDR1 ram. This will probably be your best bet in terms of performance/price.

you need the 20+4 connector. the 4pin powers the cpu, correct me if i am wrong. some boards may work with the 20 pin like your compaq, but it is hit or miss if it will be stable. buy a new psu.

i need a motherboard, for that socket 939 amd, that supports ddr400 ram, so im looking for the MOBO for the socket 939 amd 3800_, preferably, unless anyoen ha any other suggetions, ill find the power supply supply myself i just need balanced mobo, nothing too expensive preferably under 80$

Have you got an AGP video card?

AGP = 20 pin PSU
PCI-E = 24 pin PSU

It's actually got PCI-E aswell as AGP.
It also uses a 20 pin ATX connector.
