DVD drive problem

I've been having a problem with my DVD drive. Quite often when I eject a cd or dvd it is still spinning when it ejects. It most often happens with movies and music cds but occasionally with games as well. I've checked everything I can that may be accessing data from the drive and made sure everything is closed but it still does it. The drive still reads and writes both cds and dvds just fine. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Has it always done that? Its probably not a good thing for the cds to still spin. Have you tried calling samsung?

It hasn't always done that. Started maybe two weeks ago. The drive was purchased at the beginning of January, so its just over 2 months old. And not I can't imagine its a good thing for the cd to still spin I haven't called Samsung. I'll do that right now. Thanks
