sapphire/powercolor Radeon 9600 advice

a few questions about the 9600,
here are the prices i can get the card from in the uk
(us Dollars just for reference)

saphire 256mb 9600 for £73 / 133$
saphire 128mb 9600 for £67 / 122$

powercolour 128mb 9600 pro for £79 / 144$
powercolour 256mb 9600 pro for £85 / 155$

A) Is a 256 better than a 128, as i have heard they use poorer memory chips or something? also would it benefit anything as most games out now wouldnt use the extra 128, or should i get it to use when new games are released that will support it?

i feel happier knowin theres 256 in there :/

B) Saphire or Powercolour (pro)???

C)for the price difference which would bennefit me the most??

Well, really, 256MB is not very useful although the memory is bigger.

I think u should take saphire 128mb 9600 for £67 / 122$

wouldnt it be best to get the 128mb powercolour 9600 pro rather than the 128mb saphire 9600?
i have no idea what all the above means but the specs seem higher lol
