I got my windows installed and everything kitted out but now I need to set up my raid 0 array but every time i enable it in the bios windows crashes after reaching the boot screen

Your supposed to set the RAID Array up before you Install Windows.
Create Array
Format Array
Insrall windows

Unless these are two separate Drives?

no this is a storage array not a windows array

Hrmmm

I would disconnect the OS Drive, create the array, then reatach OS Drive and try to boot.

or
you can try a windows Repair for OS Disk.

well I am using the asus p5b deluxe board and if i got to the idf configurator and switch it too ide i can work fine with windows and don't see my 1tb array in windows but when i turn it to raid mode windows doesn't load past the boot screen

well i made it in Windows so its a software raid shame i couldnt get the hardware to work
