I have no programming whats-so-ever. The program is going to be used for p2p.

If you have absolutely no programming skills, you have a long road ahead of you. It's not something you can just download real quick, and now you can create programs. You have to spend many hours of work learning programming. For someone with no background, I'd check out the C# language. Look up Visual C# Express from Microsoft. It's free, and fairly easy.

as i said visual studio 2005
