My power supply was working fine until I installed a second HDD, and now when I turn it on the power cuts out between 1 and 4 secs (varies everytime).

I am probably going to be told to get a new PSU but I thought my current 520W should be doing fine. It came with my atrix case.

Here are my specs:

AMD X2 3700+
Asus M2N32-SLI Delux
2x1GB Corsair DDRII RAM
Geeforce 7600GT
Sounblaster Audigy
DVDRW Drive
Floppy Drive
Maxtor Diamondmax 150GB S-ATA
Western Digital 250GB S-ATA

Fans: Zalman CPU Fan, 12" case, 9"exhaust

The computer works fine when just one HDD is connected. What I would like to know is will this setup definitely not work with both HDDs? Is there a way around this power failure?

If not could somebody please recommend me a PSU suitable for my setup. Thankyou very much.

Yes it has modular cabling. it's called 'Atrix extreme power 520W', it came with the case.

The new Western Digital HDD has 2 power connections, a SATA power connection and the normal 4-pin. I have it connected to the 4-pin because I only have 1 SATA power adapter. Does this matter?
