antec 900 case

Is there a speaker in this case? Ihave a P5B Deluxe with WI-FI
It comes with a Q connector to hook up the reset,power sw,
reset sw.On the other side it calls for a 4 pin speaker connection
and a PLED connection. If there is a speaker how do I hook it up?
What is this 2 pin PLED connection?
I get no beep signal at all but I`am at the BIOS screen .

I have a P5B Deluxe as well. If your case has a speaker, there should be a cable hanging out of it. However my Asus mobo came with a small speaker that plugs in the 4-pin connection. Look around your motherboard box. It should look like THIS

Concerning the PLED connection, it's for the Power LED. Your case should have a cable for it. In some cases (like with my Raidmax Sagitta) the Power LED connects directly to the power supply through a molex connector, so you don't need to plug it to the motherboard.

Meithan: Thanks for your reply. I took another look but I don`t
have the speaker. I have the WIFI-AP edition and
it`s not listed in the user guide as part of the
contents. maybe I can pick one up locally.

the speaker lead comes from the case and plugs into the bottom left corner where the bits stick out you dont plug it in if there is no speaker lead coming from the case.

Come to think of it, I'm not 100% sure the speaker came with the motherboard; maybe it did with the case, I don't quite remember. What I remember is that it was in a little plastic bag with some screws.

But yeah, you should be able to buy one somewhere. About the PLED, did you find the connector?

The Antec 900 does not come with a speaker.
