go with the 19inch wide hanns G...it's 3ms faster 2inch and widescreen bigger for only 10 bucks more. Now THATS a deal to me.

You never go with the PSU the case gives you and 420w isnt enough, thus your paying for the case only there you know. That much for that case isnt worth it. There are better ones.

K so i upgraded the LCD, thanks for the hint!

And what do you suggest for a case? Im not really into the extreme neon xxxtreme gamer cases, looking for a nice sutle case.

I'd mainly recommend newegg.com. They've got a very large selection of parts and their prices are unmatched.

Here's a suggested build.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz - $314
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 - $122.99
Memory: G.Skill 2 x 1GB DDR2-800 - $168.99
Video Card: eVGA 8800GTS 320MB - $299.99
Power Supply: Hiper 530W Modular - $79.99
Hard Drive: Seagate 320GB SATA 3.0 - $89.99
Optical Drive: LG 18X Super Multi DVD+/-RW - $28.99
Monitor: HansG 19" LCD 1440x990 - $179.99
Case: Antec Nine Hundred - $149.99

Total: $1434.92

Missing: Keyboard, Mouse and Speakers.

Notes: The case is a very good one but it's expensive. If you feel you don't want to spend that much, I'll review the build.

I got that case for $65 bucks at CompUSA. They are closing a bunch of stores so watch for clearances.

Not as good as It could be. That ram is outclassed COMPLETLEY by this ram for 3 bucks less.

Snag that ram up fast before it goes out of stock again.

Also That case can't compete with this case for the same price. The Cool Master is better and the same price.

Then unless you like paying 5 bucks more for a non-widescreen 3MS higher response time monitor I highly suggest this monitor.

I have it and it kicks major arse heh.

Then the HDD you choose would work fine but the Seagate 7200.10 has is known to run faster and last longer than the WD.

I also normally would recommend an E6300 instead of E6400 as you will not notice a difference in anything except the 40 buck difference in your wallet lol.

The Build is fine and will work but in pretty well researched opinion I would select the parts I ordered over the ones you choose as I know each one to be be better.

Well i upgraded my wish list to what you gave sora, so everythings set.

But guess what? I sold my old laptop on ebay, and when it came time for the winning bidder to pay, he turned out to be part of a Nigerian Fraud ring!

Now i have to re sell it!

this is driving me crazy, thanks for the help.
