UnlockerHook.dll

There has been a file on my computer for some time now and I really don't know where it came from so I left it alone for the time being. Its inside a folder called Unlocker in program files. The file is called UnlockerHook.dll. I suppose its not harming anything but just to make sure... does anybody know what it is... and should I really have it on my machine?

Unlocker is a program that is for removing files that are giving you errors. such as...

Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

its a safe program.
