And is the 550W psu enouph for the system with 8800GTX ?

Unless something very unusual occurs I plan on sticking with my PSU, other then the Watts if I need more power or w.e.

And whats wrong with the 680i board I've chosen, and if so suggest something else in it place that will work well with my selected parts ?

As well what ram do you suggest in place of what I have chosen ?

The 680i is said to have a few bugs, but I'm not sure how much has been worked out since its release. I've heard both success and horror stories so it's kind of up to you. If you don't need SLI, the P5B Deluxe is another viable option.

Not nearly as many as the 680i. Most of the P5B ones are with memory and stuff. I still would rather go with another board. Theres are lots of good ones.

In my opinion if you want to go SLI, take a 680i board. If not, take a 965P/975X board.

I'd take the Seasonic over the Mushkin, I think Mushkin are alright but the Seasonics are really quiet and 4x18A is more than enough amperage.

Agreed. You can't beat Seasonic or Corsair (which is made by Seasonic) when it comes to quiet, quality psu's.
