Problem with graphics?

My games graphics are dodgy aswell, i don't think it's a heat issue and i havent touched the overclocking. Think its a driver issue?

It just might be. Try reinstalling or updating the drivers.

It's not a game, it's the desktop

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the latest driver but still no luck :-(

Yup it is, i tried a different one and it worked alright but it's crap so i need a new one. You can lock or whatever you do to inactive threads now because i don't need anymore information
