how to get rid of PRINT SPOOL annoyance once and for all!!?

don't you just hate it when you print something and the print spooler/monitor shows a stuck document? and no matter what you do to the print job (PAuse, cancel, delete, restart) you just can't make it to work.. in most cases you get a "Canceling..." message .. all your other print jobs are stuck too .. even if you change the job priorities etc..

then when you reboot your computer everything prints!!!

i've had this problem with all the printers i've had.. from canon, to epson, to HP.. inkjets and lasers!!

arghH!!

im sure you guys have experienced this too (it can't be just ME! lol)

any known remedies besides reboot?!

Restart the print spooler service.

funny you should mention that.. i did try it and it didnt work.. i killed the process from task manager and entered services.msc and manually started the print spooler service..still had that pending document..

any other ideas?
