Building a new computer

Hi there, I was wondering if this set up will fit and work.

nVdia 680i SLi MoBo
2 gigs of corsair xms2
eagletech 700W PSU
Intel P4 775 socket 3.4 ghz
eVGa 7950 GT 512 mb
Western Digital Raptor 10,000 rpm 150 GB HD

I would replace the p4 with a c2d, and the raptor is nice, but not worth the money...If you get the RAM on newegg right now w/ the rebate, its all good, but if not I would go with comparible g skill and save $40.

So all together, all these parts would fit together nicely? I guess all I have to worry about now is installing the OS and the whole software deal.
