Error when playing DVD with any DVD playing software.

Could it be a driver issue?

I suppose it could be, although there are no conflicts, ? or ! in device manager.

Still could be a Video Driver issue. Try to upgrade to the newest one. If not try to find a older version or use the version that came with your card/PC. Also make sure that you have removed all the older drivers so you dont have multiple drivers lying around for it.
