Dell Latitude D620 , stacks with initial booting process

I have got Laptop Dell Latitude D620, recently (before it was ok) I have experienced problem when booting it, it stacks at the first initial booting process, when it says:

Latitude D620 Series
BIOS Revision A07

What I use to do , switch off and switch on again , it works normal

I have got three Oss installed on my laptop (W2K3, Linux, Solaris)

I have got all updates installed for hardware.

It does , if I switch off the box and switch it on again
