Thats expensive for 1GB of RAM it being DDR2-677.

Get this, I have two of them. They are AMAZING memory. I can hit DDR2-1176 5-5-5-15 at 2.2v.

Your going to want DDR2-800 just becuase its more future proof and better for overclocking.

But Just think how much DDR-333 is used as oposed to DDR-400 now, it's just better safeporoofing and worth more a few years later when FSB on things will be 1600 or so.
