I had some issues before that resetting my CMOS did not solve.
But when I flashed with an updated bios my issues were resolved.
Now I am having the same issues. (can't get a good OC) and resetting the cmos is not working.
I am wondering if my bios is corrupt.
I do not think the CMOS reset is successful because even without my floppy and external HDD connected, they both show up in bios after removing the CMOS battery and jumpering.
Is it ok to reflash my bios with the same one? Do I lose bios space with each flash or does it overwrite the existing flash?
Thanks for any input.
