Cant Format Please Help!!!!

dont know what is goin on with my computer but everytime i try to reformat the HD i get through all the process and then it gets to the part where it is copying the new files over and then my pc just restarts itself dont kno if my MOBO is bad or what someone PLEASE help

At one point during the installation of Windows, your computer is actually supposed to reboot. Are you sure that this is not the case?

no thats not the point its supposed to reboot ive reformatted plenty of times but this time itll still be on the blue screen sayin that it is copyin the files right after formatting the HD and then it restarts itself and i have to start the process all over again...

I would copy your Windows CD and try installing with that.

I would also do the following:
Reseat RAM.
Reseat connectors for drives (HDD and CD/DVD).

After that, have a look at my guide to random reboots to see if that will help any.
