Budget build

Hello all,

I want to build a system around these 2 pieces of equipment. I have a budget of $2000.

Video Card EVGA 768-P2-N831-AR Geforce 8800GTX 768MB GDDR3 PCI Express X16 559.99
Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP Wide Screen 674.00

Need Ideas on the below items with a total budget of $766.00 Can it be done?

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
Hard drive
DVD
PSU
CASE
Sound Card
HSF

A budget build of $2000? whoa. ATM I don't have time to put together all the suggested parts but when I have time I'll see if I can help.
I have to tell you not to skimp on the processor or mobo though. you can always get new ram/hdd/CPU/etc. but the mobo will be the basis for everything. Any money you don't spend on the mobo now, you will regret later. A good CPU is necessary though, to feed info to the 8800GTX fast enough to take advantage of its massive power. I would suggest an E6600 or E6300(with 2.8+GHz O.C.)

mobo: abit AW9D-max
Cpu: e6400 or e6600
Ram: g-skill 2x1gb sticks (the good ones are the black colour lol)
Harddrive: seagate barracuda 7200.10 320gb
Psu: antec trio 550w
Case: any with 3 fans preferably 120mm
soundcard: Only really needed for auiophiles but the x-fi soundcard
HSF: id recommend the zalman with 120mm fan but any with lots of copper heat pipes and a fan

You may struggle with such a small budget for other components and bottleneck your system causing you to not use the full potential of your graphics card.
