Rolling back to Outlook 2003

I have a client who has installed Outlook 2007 themselves and their pc is now running extremely slow. They now want it removed, which is the easiest way to rollback to Outlook 2003?

I wouldn't try to roll back, I would uninstall 07 and install a fresh 03.

I dont know if i should start a new topic for this then, but can 2007 files be imported into 2003? or is the whole backwards incompatibility going to be an issue?

It will be a issue. Office 1007 uses a totally new format. The docx and such formats with the XML wont allow for backwards compatibility.

Sadly i personally think your client should have used it in a none business manner at first to see if they even liked it. Now that they are having issues they are going to be even more mad when they find out that everything they have done will now be in vein as they will lose most of their info.
