I've noticed that my board doesn't detect my cpu fan and my exhaust fan. My cpu fan is a Thermaltake TG i1 and the exhaust fan is an Ultra 120mm (3 wire). At first, the nVidia software would detect my cpu fan speeds but now nothing shows up. The fan still spins but I have no control over how fast. The exhaust fan doesn't get detected at all. Originally I had it plugged into the mobo at a port close to the cpu near the top rear. But it wouldn't even power the fan. I've moved it to a port on the very bottom of the board and it now spins but I have no control and it isn't detected. Is there a jumper/bios setting I'm missing or is it a defect in the board? TIA!

It's probably a bug in the board..the 680i boards are just overpriced and not worth the money really. Still good features but theres tons of bugs with them still. As for the fix do what he said and try to use something like speedfan, if that doesn't work I would suggest getting a good board that's half the price and works better.
