So I'm looking to build my first PC and my eyes are sore from researching for that last few hours. I'd like to get a review of my choices so far from the experts out there...

I play FFXI and want to get into PC gaming more heavily but I can't affor more than $1200 at this time...

Including shipping, I've put together this PC for about $1075 and I'm thinking of ordering it all in the next few days.

I already have a keyboard, speakers, monitor and mouse.

Does anything from this setup look overkill or insufficient? Am I missing any important components? Thanks in advance for your advice!

just wondering, but do you really need the network adapter? your motherboard already has dual 10/100/1000Mbps ports.

Get a p5b series motherboard. Get a 8800gts 320mb video card if you can afford it if not get that 7 series card and save up for a new one or use onboard video and just save up until you can afford a 8 series. get the g-skill 2gb of ram best price/performance by a good brand also corsair xms are known to be annoying i just ordered sum but wont be here until Saturday so i cant confirm this. get an intel core 2 duo e6400 or e6600 as they are great value for money and shot amd out of the water which is fair as the last couple of years amd was better and cheaper.
