for the last week, whenever i have tried to go onto the internet, the connection is really, really slow. My download speeds have dropped from 120kbs max to 5kbs max. I have narrowed down which program is causing the problem, because when i pressed CTRL-ALT-DEL and ended the process NTCONFIG.exe, my speed went back up. So i was wondering if there was a way to make this program stop from starting up when i log onto windows (registry change maybe?). Thanks for anyone's help.
