I'm not sure if this question belongs here or in the "gaming" section. But I am looking for the best video card I can possibly by for my MB and CPU. I have an Asus p4s8x-x MB and will be upgrading very soon to a Intel P4 3.06ghz 512M cache 533mhz fsb SL6PG 478 HT CPU. Hopefully my MB will recognize the **** speed step unlike the other model that I had recently purchased, the SL726. I also have 1 gig of DDR333 PC2700 Ram. But anyway I want to get the strongest Card that my PC can handle, it has an AGP port and I don't believe that it is set up for PCI Express.

the 7800GS+ from Gainward would be the best you could get for AGP. failing that any 7800GS card. you could get a 6800GS/GT/Ultra though. the Ultras probably aren't worth what you would pay for them.
