Processor not running full

Hi all,
i have a 5200 processor which is supposed to run at 2.6ghz but it is actually running at 2.1 ghz is this normal or have i got a dead processor.

Doesn't sound like a dead processor.

Sounds like your FSB is a little low. Check it in the BIOS and see what it is...
