Odd Wireless Card Problem

I have an SMC (smcpci-g) wireless card and have attempted to install it in a new machine several times, but every single time I attempt to add its drivers, the drivers won't install. As in, I tell Windows exactly where to look and even point directly at the driver in advanced add hardware, but it still says the driver is not correct. I then put the card in another PC and it installed perfectly with the same drivers, the first try. I am usually someone answering problems here, but this one has me completely baffled. Anyone have any suggestions (besides the mobo just doesn't like the card)?
