Good Ticket Tracking Software

What good ticket tracking software is there out there for tracking Help Desk tickets. I'm using Sharepoint now but it would be nice to explore other options. Thanks.

I've use several, and I liked SupportSoft the best.
I can tell you also... stay FAR away from SmarterTicket. (should be called DumberTicket)

the only ones Ive use outside of custom build access databases, are Remedy and Vantive. Both are enterprise level version, but both are pretty nice. Don't really apply to the small office or the personal business...
