So, I'm trying to find a decent rig at a low price, I have a good enough case/ PS for my plan but need to sort of confirm that I am getting what I expect

Any suggestions? Criticisms? not a gaming box at this point, but if I put an 8600ultra or two in upon release would it preform well in some games?

Drop that mobo and proc combo, and get this instead:

Or for around $120 if you look around you can find a nice Intel DG965WH board. If you not against ebay you could probably even pull one of those or better for around $80.
