Any way to sync up my laptop and PC?

I do alot of web and design work on both my PC and laptop. I was wondering if its possible to sync them up so if I add a font, photoshop brushes, or edit files in a certain folder if it would update the other one?

You could burn the files to a CD-RW, floppy, or a memory card.

nah dont burn, transfer over a network. make the folders shared and one comp can see the others folders.

Yeah right now I just share the folders. I still have to transfer either the whole folder or pick and find the files I installed. Was just wondering if there might be a program that did it automatically. Like it checks to make sure a certain folder matches on both PC's then updates the oldest one.

get synctoy (ms powertoy). their is a sync laptop feature built in windows somewhere
